What exactly is subconscious coaching?

Subconscious coaching helps you shift from the inside out. Instead of offering surface-level strategies or someone else’s “proven” formula, we work with your unique beliefs, patterns, and inner wisdom. This ensures you create results that feel aligned, lasting, and deeply you because they come from you. You are your greatest healer, mentor, and guru. I help you clear space to find the answers within, and bring those to the surface. 

Subconscious coaching works with the part of your mind that drives 95% of your thoughts, habits, and decisions. When that shifts, everything does.

What tools do you use?

I use a combination of subconscious reprogramming techniques, including:

  • Hypnosis: For rewiring limiting beliefs and identity shifts

  • EFT Tapping: To calm the nervous system and move through stuck emotions

  • TIME Techniques: To release stuck emotions and limiting beliefs by working with your personal timeline

  • Mindset Coaching: To help you recognize and rewrite the stories holding you back

  • Proven NLP Techniques:  That work directly with how our brains work and perceive information about the world, and ourselves

What is EFT (Tapping) ?

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, often called “tapping”, is a mind-body tool that helps calm the nervous system, release stuck emotions, and rewire limiting beliefs.

By gently tapping on specific acupressure points while speaking out loud about what you’re feeling, you signal to your body that it’s safe to let go. Then you can welcome in what you want to shift into - like an empowering belief, or a powerful state. It’s like acupuncture, but without the needles, and you can do it anywhere, anytime.

This isn’t about pretending to be positive. It’s about honoring what’s really going on underneath the surface, and creating space to shift it with compassion and truth.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a powerful, deeply relaxed state combined with suggestions where your conscious mind takes a step back and your subconscious—the part of you that runs the show behind the scenes—becomes more open and receptive to change.

This isn’t swinging pocket watches or mind control. It’s simply a shift in brainwave state that allows us to bypass your inner critic and speak directly to the part of you that forms your beliefs, habits, and identity.

You are always in control. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. Your subconscious mind will not allow you to take on any suggestions that are not in your best interest, or that your subconscious does not perceive to be aligned with your moral compass, values, or safety. I only work with you to make shifts and changes that you actively want to make, but haven’t been able to. In this state, we can create real, lasting transformation from the inside out.

What is TIME Techniques?

TIME Techniques (Time Integration for Maximum Empowerment) is a powerful subconscious tool rooted in NLP that helps you release stuck emotions and limiting beliefs by working with your personal timeline.

Think of it as gently traveling along the subconscious thread of your life to find the original decision or emotional imprint that’s been influencing your present-day thoughts, patterns, or fears. Often, your subconscious holds onto these past moments because it believes it's protecting you—trying to keep you safe by repeating what it’s already learned.

But when we revisit these moments with awareness and compassion, we can extract the lesson—and release the emotional weight. You don’t have to relive the pain; you simply allow your subconscious to update the story. This allows you to move forward in the present without the old charge, and to respond differently in the future—with more clarity, freedom, and self-trust.

TIME Techniques are like hitting “reset” on an outdated belief system—so you can move through life with a clearer mind, a lighter heart, and an aligned path forward.

How do sessions work?

We meet via Zoom or in-person at the Show Your Spark studio in Weymouth, MA - whatever feels most supportive for you.

Each session is 60–90 minutes and includes check-in time, guided transformation, and next steps to integrate the shift into your everyday life.

What if I’ve never done hypnosis or tapping before?

Perfect. You don’t need any experience at all—just an open heart and a willingness to explore. I’ll guide you through every step in a safe, grounded, and empowering way. Most clients are surprised by how natural and gentle it feels—and how powerful it is.

Is this therapy?

Nope. While this work can feel deeply healing, it’s not therapy—and it doesn’t focus on diagnosing or fixing. It’s coaching with a subconscious twist. You’re not broken. You’re ready to remember your brilliance. If you are working with a therapist, it can be super useful to work with them in tandem to get support all around. If you have a diagnosed mental health disorder, I may need a referral from your psychiatrist or doctor to ensure I am working within the scope of my practice, and to support you safely.
